Get a broker price opinion. One of the services we provide is to evaluate the market value of a property. This means we review the condition, location, and size of the building, review the lot it is on, and compare the property to others that are currently on the market, pending or recently sold. This helps us arrive at a fair market value for the property. Investors often use BPOs to help them determine whether a particular property is a good investment or not.
