The best way to search for real estate is using the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). Although many popular web sites use MLS data, they are sometimes slow to update new listings or may not correctly show if a property is pending or sold. This can be very frustrating for home buyers!
Below are two great links for searching for properties for sale – both use LIVE data, updated regularly. The internet link works best for sitting at a computer. The smart phone app is GPS enabled, and the way most of our clients are finding homes right now.
